2. Begin shopping. Our wholesale store is set up like most regular online stores, where items can be quickly and easily dropped into your shopping cart.

The prices are set to wholesale prices and you have the RRP price available for reference.

3. Once your cart totals at least 200€ in wholesale product you will be ready to check out.

To review your cart at any stage please click on the ‘Cart’ button at the top right of the ordering page.

On the cart page, under each product you also have the ability to add a comment should you wish our team to know about any special requests.

To finalize your order click “checkout”, and follow the easy steps to select your existing delivery address or enter your new delivery details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer.

The minimum order value for an order is 200 EUR. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2 products per SKU.

All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm prices when the order is placed.

In an effort to promote fair competition across all our retail customers, we have a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) policy. All Unwind Studio products must, at a minimum, have an advertised price equal to MAP, unless an exception has been granted in writing. Please refer to our RRP in each product for the respective MAP.

All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the price described above should be short-term in scope and limited in frequency.

If a retail customer operates outside this pricing policy, Unwind Studio will request that the retailer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, Unwind Studio can cease to accept and/or ship orders from said retailer.

All Unwind Studio images, logos, and photography are the exclusive property of Unwind Studio Unipessoal Lda.

Nevertheless, all imagery usage and reproduction can be used upon request. We also provide product images with high quality.

Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found on Wholesale Unwind Studio or on Unwind Studio. The supplier name must be listed as Unwind Studio.

All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. Unwind Studio does not partner with companies who sell on any 3rd party websites or social media platforms, such as Amazon.com, Overstock.com, eBay, Walmart.com, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, Not on the High Street, etc.

Products purchased from Unwind Studio may not be branded, customized, or otherwise modified without prior authorization.

A complete kit usually includes:

• Printed mesh canvas with the design marked
• All required threads labeled with color codes
• Tapestry Needles
• Color chart mapping and design guide
• Instructions “how to needlepoint”
• Some designs also include a stitch guide (“what stitches to use where”)
  

Some product categories, like bookmarks, key fobs, cushions, Unwind Studio also provides finishing materials.

LEVEL 0 / FIRST TIMERS

If you are someone who is just starting to learn the basics of needlepoint, this level is for you. Kits at this stage are designed to help you feel confident from the start, with simple, small designs and no more than three colors. Perfect for learning the very basics, enjoying the process, and discovering the joy of stitching without feeling overwhelmed.

BEGINNER

If you have already had your very first go at needlepoint and are ready to learn the foundations, then Beginner is your level. Here you’ll start becoming familiar with essential stitches, materials, and tools, while exploring slightly bigger designs and more colors. These kits are still simple and approachable, but give you space to practice and build even more confidence.

CONFIDENT BEGINNER

If you have gained a little more experience and are comfortable with basic stitches and techniques, are beginning to experiment with different types of threads, colors, and textures, and your projects are becoming more complex, then Confident Beginner is your level.

INTERMEDIATE

If you have mastered basic stitches and are now moving into more advanced decorative stitches, are comfortable working with a variety of threads and mesh canvases, and can tackle moderately complex patterns, then Intermediate is your level.

ADVANCED

If you are highly skilled and experienced, have mastered a wide range of stitches, and are able to stitch intricate and detailed designs, then Advanced is your level.

In case you are not able to checkout because you don't have a shipping rate assigned to your country, please get in touch with us!

Our needlepoint products are made in Portugal.

Orders shipped across borders may incur import duties or taxes, depending on your country’s customs regulations.

Please consult our detailed guide for International Customs and Duties to understand how we process duties for your destination country.

Please allow around 5-7 business days to process your order. Our lead time is usually fast, but larger orders may require more time.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact cris@unwind.studio within 14 days of receipt of damaged or defective Gods, along with photographs of the damage or defect.

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or issued a full refund (whichever you prefer). Unwind Studio will send you a prepaid label with which to return the damaged items. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund. 

Please note that returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

You may return items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund of items (shipping cost and duties are excluded). Items must be in perfect, unstitched and unaltered conditions.

Note: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

If returning merchandise is due to manufacturing defects or damage not attributable to the shipping carrier, please see below.
