OVERVIEW

Our sale to you of any products from Unwind Studio is expressly and strictly conditional on your agreement to the below terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Unwind Studio, these terms and conditions supersede any other terms and conditions and will govern all our sales to you of Unwind Studio products. Your acceptance of any Unwind Studio products from us acknowledges your agreement to these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions will be incorporated into all purchase orders and invoices between you and Unwind Studio, regardless of whether specific reference to these Terms and Conditions is made therein.

Unwind Studio reserves the right to change any policy or term below without prior notice.

SECTION 1 - PURCHASE ORDER

1. Ordering Process

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer.

2. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for any order is 200 EUR.

3. Minimum Advertising Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm prices when the order is placed.

In an effort to promote fair competition across all our retail customers, we have a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) policy. All Unwind Studio products must, at a minimum, have an advertised price equal to MAP, unless an exception has been granted in writing. Please refer to our RRP described in each product for the respective MAP.

All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the price described above should be short-term in scope and limited in frequency.
If a retail customer operates outside this pricing policy, Unwind Studio will request that the retailer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, Unwind Studio can cease to accept and/or ship orders from said retailer.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm prices when the order is placed.

5. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund of items (shipping cost is excluded). Items must be in perfect, unstitched and unaltered conditions.

Note: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

If returning merchandise is due to manufacturing defects or damage not attributable to the shipping carrier, please see below.

6. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact cris@unwind.studio within 14 days of receipt of damaged or defective gods, along with photographs of the damage or defect.

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or issued a full refund (whichever you prefer). Unwind Studio will send you a prepaid label with which to return the damaged items. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund. 

Please note that returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

7. Cancellations

Written cancellations will be honored on all orders that have not been shipped.

8. Payments

In our wholesale online store you can pay via Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Deposit.

If you opt by Bank Deposit, you can pay 50% of order value when placing the order, and the remaining value 30 days net. Please send payment proof to cris@unwind.studio.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by us, full payment must be received in advance before any items are prepared or dispatched. 

9. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of items/wholesale pricing. All orders are EXW, where the buyer pays for all the shipping costs.

We ship all international orders via FedEx, UPS, TNT or Portuguese Postal Service. We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method that you would prefer to use. We will not ship via any method that does not provide detailed tracking.

For all international orders the receiver is responsible for paying any additional taxes, customs fees, duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees levied on the items being imported. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the carrier.

10. Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for processing the items to be shipped. Larger orders may require more time; please contact cris@unwind.studio for information about availability.

SECTION 2 - OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

1. Branding & Images

All Unwind Studio images, logos, and photography are the exclusive property of Unwind Studio Unipessoal Lda. Image usage and reproduction requires written permission and is conditional on the approval of medium and specific use. We provide product images upon request.

2. Product Listings

Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our wholesale catalog or on www.unwind.studio. The supplier name must be listed as Unwind Studio.

3. Third Party Marketplace Policy

All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. Unwind Studio does not allow selling their products on any 3rd party websites or social media platforms, such as Amazon.com, Overstock.com, eBay, Walmart.com, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, Not on the High Street, etc.

4. Product Customization

Products purchased from Unwind Studio may not be branded, customized, or otherwise modified without prior authorization.
